Leon Oberg, was a guest at the Grand Opening of Pete’s Hobby Railway and he wrote a story about the day for the Railway Herald, a UK based publication and this appeared on Page 37 of Issue 537.
He says “…it marked the grand opening of what many would describe as the ultimate garden railway”
